Pilates Class
Pilates Class runs at 9-10 am on Tuesdays at Rushmore Golf Club. New block of 6 sessions starts 4th November 2025.

Home Visits
Please contact directly regarding home visits. Please note a call out fee may apply depending on location.
For refer a friend scheme, £10 credit will be applied for your next booked session. Your friend will receive £10 off their initial session. To book please select "New appointment- refer a friend" and write your referring friends name in the comments, or contact via telephone, email or online submission.
